“The Extemporaneous Speaking Contest caught my interest because of my love for sharing information about the dairy industry and my desire to build my public speaking confidence. This experience taught me the importance of listening carefully and thinking through my response before elaborating. I would encourage all juniors to participate in this fun and relaxed contest, as it's a great way to gain confidence and improve public speaking skills!”
