Virtual Interview Contest

Holstein Association USA hosts the Virtual Interview Contest to help youth improve their skills for making strong virtual impressions. These skills are crucial for achieving accolades, securing scholarships, and landing jobs. Participants are divided into three age categories and will submit a cover letter and resume, followed by a virtual interview. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three contestants in each category, and every participant will receive personalized feedback on both their resume and interview.

Junior Division

Ages 12 to 14

Interview Prompt

You are applying to be sponsored for an award trip to World Dairy Expo. Through your resume and cover letter, indicate why you would be the best candidate to receive this sponsorship.

Intermediate Division

Ages 15 to 17

Interview Prompt

You are applying for a internship experience on a Holstein farm in another country. In your resume and cover letter, explain why you are the best candidate to be selected for this opportunity.

Senior Division

Ages 18 to 21

Interview Prompt

You are applying for the career of your dreams! Please list the position and/or the company you are applying for in your cover letter and resume.
