The Junior Advisory Committee (JAC) is the governing body of the National Junior Holstein Association. The JAC functions as a sounding board for both members and advisors, providing leadership and oversight of the association's activities. JAC members play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization.

Junior Advisory Committee

Junior Advisory Committee Structure

The JAC consists of two appointed Holstein Association USA Board members, four adult members, and six youth members. Youth JAC members are elected by their peers at the National Junior Forum during the National Holstein Convention. Committee members represent various areas of the country and serve two year terms.

“I saw serving on the Junior Advisory Committee as an opportunity to learn more about the Holstein Association and how I can play a role in it by giving back. I love the people and experiences I’ve had so far! ”

— Aubree Topp, Area II JAC Member, Ohio
